Booking

To secure your date with Sound Solutions, fill out this booking request form, or follow the instructions below.

1. E-mail or call to find out if your date is still available.

2. Download and complete our entertainment agreement / planner form below.

3. Mail the completed form along with a deposit of $100.00 to the address below.

Once your deposit and agreement have been recieved, your date will be booked, and we will begin the planning of your event. Updated or revised planners should be recieved no later than one week prior to your event. Remember to reserve some time to meet in person and review the details of your event.
