Wedding Receptions

Click below for a guide to the common reception flow of events.

Planning and Preparation

Wedding Receptions are the main focus and provide the majority of bookings each year for Sound Solutions. Each year dozens of brides select my entertainment, most of whom have never planned a wedding reception before. A major service I provide to my clients is stress free event planning and consultation. As a full time Dj, I am available to meet in person, and can be reached easily by phone from 9am to 9pm.

Experience That Counts

With all that is riding on the details of your wedding day it is best to rely on the experience that seasoned wedding professionals will provide. I have been a Dj for over 14 years and am the only Dj in the area with a Bachelors of applied Science Degree in Audio Engineering. This know-how applies to almost every aspect of my service. Having performed at hundreds of receptions, I also know how to create a once in a lifetime event, unique to your vision.

Master of Ceremony

The right MC can make your reception a timelessly romantic, one of a kind celebration of your love for eachother. From your grand entrance to your cake cutting and eventual grand farewell, I will be there every step of the way to make all the critical announcements and keep everyone on the same page. I will not be the center of attention, but rather, shine a spotlight on each of the formalities creating lifetime memories for you and your guests.

Music That Matters To You

Music is an important tool the professional Dj uses to create just the right atmosphere at your celebration. During the cocktail and dinner hours, the tempo and volume will be modest and the flow of formalites will create the energy of the event. Then, when its time to party, you will have a well skilled Dj who is capable of beat-mixing the all the right music to get you and your guests moving. I will work with you to develop a playlist that reflects your style and taste, while using the songs that have a proven effect both during dinner and on the dancefloor.
